If Mr. Biller is indeed a "whistleblower", he deserves our praise, not scorn. This is a safety issue involving life threatening issues, not secret recipes for cookies. HE DID THE RIGHT THING!! I can't believe that people would defend Toyota for this dishonesty.

He walked out with 6000 internal documents? That's theft, pure and simple. To summarize, this guy collected a paycheck from Toyota and stole from them when he left. He ought to be disbarred and prosecuted.

Japs always avoided recalls .. Look at the problems written in forums for Honda vehicles and then look at the recalls

This guy is either a whistleblower or a crooked lawyer, and I don't know which, but the information that he can provide seems to really provide some real insite to the corporate workings of Toyota and what they REALLY were doing and thinking.......

He took some 6,000 internal documents, including memos and e-mails
If nothing else this proves Mr. Biller is a thief.

All about the money. This laughing lawyer has no morals, if he's correct he should have quit right away. It's for the cash in the end, even a big parachute isn't enough. He figures to profit more on talk shows, book deals, etc if correct on Toyota's problems.

If you turn in your employer for breaking the law, does that make you a good guy or a bad guy?
I have always said, if your employer asks you to do something AND it IS Leagal and Moral, do it. But if they ask you to do something Illeagal or Imoral, you have an obligation to say NO, or Turn them in.

Interesting. He says he quit. Other reports say he was fired. I wonder which it is.
He is also suing Los Angeles County for wrongful termination.
I think this man has a future as an ambulance chaser.
